Sumario: ABSTRACT The study entitled Techno pedagogy in the learning construction process was carried out with the objective of knowing the use of technological resources in the teaching-learning process, to develop distance education implemented by the Ministry of Education to root of the COVID-19 pandemic. Testimonies were collected from high school teachers and students who shared their experiences in distance teaching, which forced them to use technological resources to continue their classes, facing various limitations. Emergently, techno pedagogy was introduced to develop the training process, making it possible to maintain the operation of schools despite the social distancing measures implemented by the Ministry of Education. Two years after the pandemic, it is convenient to evaluate the achievement of learning objectives achieved with distance education and consequently implement measures that improve the quality of education from now on. Universities must prepare High School Teachers in the field of techno-pedagogy so that they develop the technological skills and abilities of the future education professional.
