Summary: ABSTRACT The evaluation must be considered as a tool that allows learners and educators to overcome barriers imposed by themselves, the most frequent obstacle among students is fear, this is that students are predisposed with negative ideas, which repeat, and feel fear before a test that covers the contents that were seen, developed, exercised and discussed in each period in class with the group of classmates and teachers. To develop this work of Tesina, survey tools were used to collect important data for analysis and discussion, these were passed on to teachers and students to be able to have the opinion of both, and with them reach a conclusion of the reason for the incidence of evaluation in the learning process. Through this there were developed several important points about the students, which served to make an analysis about the research, the findings were that basic students do not take their education seriously, however the students of the different careers do take their academic training seriously, some students work to be able to continue with their studies which means that they do not have time to review the subjects of study, there are students who do not ask the teacher when they do not understand some indications because of embarrassment or shyness, all these findings, among others, served so that the researcher could make an analysis and discussion of the answers by the survey that the students at the time responded to.
