ABSTRACT
The present investigation establishes like title: "Professional Ethics and
Emotional Intelligence in the Administrative Performance of the Administrative
Technical Coordination of Telesecundaria of the department of Suchitepéquez".
It was carried out with the purpose of analyzing, how emotional intelligence and codes
of ethics influence the administrative performance of the Telesecundaria Administrative
Technical Coordination located in the city of Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez
department. In addition to the emergence of the labor climate, since, they limit the good
administrative processes. In order to carry out the present investigation, quantitative
and qualitative research techniques were used. To do so, instruments such as: director
survey slips and interview ticket to the Telesecundaria Administrative Technical
Coordinator of District 10-027 at departmental level were needed.
According to the data collected, it was established that the factors of Emotional
Intelligence and Codes of Ethics; they are inescapable in the Administrative
Performance of the Administrative Technical Coordination of Telesecundaria.
Therefore, it is confirmed that emotional intelligence and codes of ethics contribute to
the development of the mechanical and dynamic phases of said administrative process;
without forgetting the humanist approach, which must persist in the Educational
Administration. |
