ABSTRACT
Educational quality is one of the most used expressions currently in the field of education, it is a broad
subject, on the other hand, the role of the teacher is to guarantee the teaching-learning processes.
Therefore, it is argued that the curricular planning is guided by the CNB, which together with the teacher
are responsible for carrying out the different teaching and learning processes in a coordinated manner,
making the most of the resources and organizing the time better. Planning is a key tool to raise the
quality of education, which is why it is intended to analyze how teachers compose it with the aim of
determining whether there is quality in education at the institute. The following research was carried
out. "Educational planning and educational quality in the National Institute of Diversified Education of
Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez. The methodology applied was a qualitative approach which included the
application of structured surveys, aimed at the teaching staff and director. Finally it was determined that
teachers plan correctly but do not innovate in teaching and learning strategies, this contributes to the
deficiency in terms of educational quality in the National Institute of Diversified Education therefore it is
necessary that teachers are updated and go to school. vanguard of the different strategies that the
MINEDUC implements to raise the educational quality in the institution. |
