Abstract
The investigation into the problem of "Conditions of School Infrastructure and Functional
Level of the INEB of Telesecundaria de Aldea Margaritas del Rosario, San Antonio
Suchitepéquez, Suchitepéquez" arises from an inefficient physical space regarding
adequate functionality for the educational community, which has been latent since the
beginning of its operation, however the solution has not been possible due to the lack of
support from both the community authorities and the Development Councils, COCODE,
Mayor of the municipality of San Antonio, the State and the inexistence of the economic
factor, therefore the methodology used in this research corresponds to a projective
modality, which allows solving the needs of an institution and proposing alternatives for
change that consists of improving the physical space with respect to the functionality of
the educational center with a quantitative approach, the elabora tion and application of
interview tickets to a sample of 68 people, including the Director who serves as a
teacher at the same time, teachers and students, distributed in the three grades of the
basic education cycle. Finally, with the data and information collected, the weaknesses
and threats were detected, proceeding to determine the ideal scenario of the physical
space and functionality of school buildings, which is to contemplate the conservation,
repair and maintenance of the same, regardless of whether it works a mixed day, being
its objective to promote the educational development of the student population. |
