In an increasingly changing society, which requires innovative strategies for educational institutions, education has the haughty need for change and improvement, the sense of its destiny and the truly human direction. That is why it is essential to use administrative strategies by the director to raise the quality of education, presented as a main strategy discipline as a method of change in this institution that seeks the support of those who think equally, in the hope of that when a group or a group come together in a common search and goal, the effectiveness is greater. The methodology used allowed us to obtain quantitative results that facilitated the process of unifying the criteria of each participant.
