Sumario: ABSTRACT The study of the thematic was really formulated to investigate, to recognize and to evaluate the degree of incidence of the administrative strategies, independently of the type of leadership that exert the directors, since in the field of the education the fundamental exercise of a good leadership is considered essential on the part of the administrators, since this contributes to raise the educational quality in the administrative and of course the pedagogical and didactic, processes of transformation and restructuring of the educational systems whose purpose is to propose structures according to the current changes and the demand of the population. In an increasingly changing society, which requires innovative strategies for educational institutions, education has the haughty need for change and improvement, the sense of its destiny and the truly human direction. That is why it is essential to use administrative strategies by the director to raise the quality of education, presented as a main strategy discipline as a method of change in this institution that seeks the support of those who think equally, in the hope of that when a group or a group come together in a common search and goal, the effectiveness is greater. The methodology used allowed us to obtain quantitative results that facilitated the process of unifying the criteria of each participant. Therefore, the information gives as a consequence that the management of administrative strategies for the elevation of the educational quality is enabled by several factors that are detailed in the present report.
