Sumario: Society expects that the graduated students from the Profesorado en Media Diversificada, a semi-presencial program, will be suitable teachers who work in any educational institution. guaranteeing the teaching and learning process. For these reasons, the Profesorado en Media Diversificada, a semi-presencial program. must be evaluated with the corresponding quality standards. The research objectives were: To evaluate the Profesorado en Media Diversificada, a semi-presencial program to determine if they meet the quality standards established for Higher Education in this modality and to design an evaluation model for blended higher education. The research objectives were achieved using a mixed approach to integrate quantitative and qualitative paradigms; descriptive, exploratory. and documentary research. The data collection was carried out through a survey applied to 270 graduating students; a survey applied to 40 teachers: an interview was conducted with an administrator. and a questionnaire was conducted through the focus group technique to 20 employers. The documentary analysis was carried out through a checklist that allowed the study of the curricular design. The results obtained show that there were deficiencies in aspects such as curricular design, specifically in the course syllabus, student dissatisfaction with the training received; low percentage of coherence between teaching performance and learning outcomes, in addition to unknowing of the rules for using the bibliographic resource offered by the specialized library, among others. The research allowed us to conclude that the Profesorado en Media Diversificada. a semi-presencial program, presents failures that need to be addressed according to the quality standards corresponding to this modality in higher education; Therefore, it is recommended to update the curriculum design and establish mechanisms that guarantee the optimization of the time dedicated to self-directed work. The proposal consists of an evaluative model that can be applied in programs in blended learning mode or B-learning to execute the process of execute of Self-assessment of the academic offer, adapting matrices that show the aspects that must be considered in the improvement plan.
