It is oriented under a mixed type approach, with a descriptive and correlational scope; since it measures the degree of relationship between the variables. Regarding the quantitative paradigm, it is non-experimental, cross-sectional, considering that the data will be collected in a single moment, with a descriptive and correlational scope, cross-sectional and for the qualitative aspect, the action research design was used, since the researcher is involved. with the population to learn about the circumstance and suggest alternatives for improvement. Respecting the quantitative analysis and checking the reliability of the instrument, it was calculated by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in 0.973, which indicated highly acceptable according to the scale. The type of sample was simple random, this technique consists in which all the elements that make up the universe have the same probability of being selected. For the purpose of the surveys, 40 students were taken: 20 from the Benigno Tomás Argote School and 20 from the Guadalupano Institute. As for teaching staff between the two schools there were 30. The collection instruments yielded significant results; since it was possible to show weaknesses in the topic of study. Finally, this research presents as a product of the analysis, reflection and rigorous support of existing theories based on the findings, the proposal: Design a magazine with strategic management guidelines for socio-educational intervention, from the intercultural perspective, in the Benigno Tomás Argote and the Guadalupano Institute in the Boquete region. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general: Analizar los retos que debe asumir un gerente educativo ante la diversidad cultural en las instituciones Benigno Tomás Argote y el Instituto Guadalupano de la región de Boquete. Se orienta bajo un enfoque tipo mixto, con alcance descriptivo y correlacional; ya que mide el grado de relación entre las variables. En cuanto al paradigma cuantitativo es no experimental transversal considerando que los datos serán colectados en un solo momento, con alcance descriptivo y correlacional, de corte transversal y para el aspecto cualitativo, se utilizó el diseño de investigación acción, debido a que el investigador se involucra con la población para conocer la circunstancia y sugerir alternativas de mejora. Con respecto, al análisis cuantitativo y comprobar la confiabilidad del instrumento se calculó por el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, resultando 0.973 lo que indicó altamente aceptable según la escala. El tipo de muestra fue aleatoria simple, esta técnica consiste en la que todos los elementos que conforman el universo tienen idéntica probabilidad de ser seleccionados. Para efecto de las encuestas se tomaron 40 estudiantes: 20 del Colegio Benigno Tomás Argote y 20 del Instituto Guadalupano. En cuanto a estamento docente entre los dos planteles eran 30. Los instrumentos de recolección arrojaron resultados significativos; ya que se pudo evidenciar debilidades en el tópico de estudio.
