Sumario: The general objective of this research is to analyze the challenges that a educational manager in the face of cultural diversity in the institutions Benigno Tomás Argote and the Guadalupano Institute of the Boquete region. It is oriented under a mixed type approach, with a descriptive and correlational scope; since it measures the degree of relationship between the variables. Regarding the quantitative paradigm, it is non-experimental, cross-sectional, considering that the data will be collected in a single moment, with a descriptive and correlational scope, cross-sectional and for the qualitative aspect, the action research design was used, since the researcher is involved. with the population to learn about the circumstance and suggest alternatives for improvement. Respecting the quantitative analysis and checking the reliability of the instrument, it was calculated by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in 0.973, which indicated highly acceptable according to the scale. The type of sample was simple random, this technique consists in which all the elements that make up the universe have the same probability of being selected. For the purpose of the surveys, 40 students were taken: 20 from the Benigno Tomás Argote School and 20 from the Guadalupano Institute. As for teaching staff between the two schools there were 30. The collection instruments yielded significant results; since it was possible to show weaknesses in the topic of study. Finally, this research presents as a product of the analysis, reflection and rigorous support of existing theories based on the findings, the proposal: Design a magazine with strategic management guidelines for socio-educational intervention, from the intercultural perspective, in the Benigno Tomás Argote and the Guadalupano Institute in the Boquete region.
