Trust, work harmony, fullness and integrity allow project and fulfill the purpose of the institution. The will, the cordial and sincere relations, the positive influence and the collaboration create a perfectible climate that benefits the full development of the administrative and educational fact. These aspects allow the attainment of positive results and graduation of quality students. This study is of a descriptive analytical type, which had the general objective of identifying the transcendental implications of the existence of leadership in the administrative area of the official, middle level establishments of the urban area of Mazatenango. The study population consisted of 60 subjects, of which 10 are directors and 50 teachers, of the municipality. To obtain the data, a sample was used for the application of survey forms.
