Because of the problems that exist in the city of Mazatenango, Suchitepequez in
education specifically in the Technical Administrative Officer Mid-Level
Coordination Sector, Private and Cooperative Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez
01/10/19 District, by the constant changes of CTA the Administration's
Administrative Technical Coordination, has led to delays in administrative
processes affecting education population. For this reason it is given the name
issue "Factors that determine the job security of the Administrative CTA's Middle
Level Technical Coordination Officer Sector, Private and Cooperative
Mazatenango, Suchitepequez" which allows inquire about the requirement
detected in the diagnostic research; Thus, this paper is broken down into five

Statement, Problem Definition, Objectives and Hypothesis. Then in Chapter II
