ABSTRACT
The leadership and performance of the educational administrator are two very
important factors for the quality of education, which demand high capacities and
qualities of those who exercise it, in order to respond accurately, effectively and
efficiently to the objectives that an institution considers, according to the current
demands. Trust, work harmony, fullness and integrity allow project and fulfill the
purpose of the institution. The will, the cordial and sincere relations, the positive
influence and the collaboration create a perfectible climate that benefits the full
development of the administrative and educational fact. These aspects allow the
attainment of positive results and graduation of quality students.
This study is of a descriptive analytical type, which had the general objective of
identifying the transcendental implications of the existence of leadership in the
administrative area of the official, middle level establishments of the urban area of
Mazatenango. The study population consisted of 60 subjects, of which 10 are
directors and 50 teachers, of the municipality.
To obtain the data, a sample was used for the application of survey forms. The
study showed that there is a high link between leadership and administrative
quality in official establishments, it is deficient because the desired result is not
obtained and the academic level of the students, especially in the basic and
diversified cycle, is of a better quality. |
