ABSTRACT
The investigation carried out in the Technical Administrative Coordination of the
school district 10-09-10 of the municipality of San Pablo Jocopilas, Suchitepéquez,
was based on the analysis of the administrative procedures, with the objective of
identifying the factors that intervene in the efficiency and effectiveness of the
application of administrative procedures in the Technical Administrative
Coordination of San Pablo Jocopilas.
This research was conducted with the purpose of verifying the existence of some
factors that intervene in it, so it was necessary to survey in both days and levels
the key subjects in the process such as: teachers, directors and Technical
Administrative Coordinator to obtain the congruent results of the study. For this
purpose, the quantitative methodology was used as a study method; Likewise,
information was collected in books and websites to support this analysis of the
administrative procedures of the school district 10-09-10 in the municipality of San
Pablo Jocopilas.
According to the results obtained, it is determined that the administrative
procedures contribute to the teaching work, since they are applied day by day in
the educational centers at the different levels in order to improve the work
performance and not lose sight of the objectives of the institution, in such a way
that the Administrative Technical Coordinator, must apply as established in
accordance with the law avoiding favoritism and inequality between the directors
and the teachers. |
