Sumario: Abstract As the last academic activity of the Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy and Educational Administration of the University Center of Suroccidente -CUNSUROC- of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, the graduation work was carried out, which constitutes an individual and unpublished execution called the dissertation, which orientates in methodology and theory, so that the research developed presents alternative solutions to an identified problem derived from the stay and process in which the stage of Supervised Professional Exercise was developed. The research topic responds to the real context of the institution, entitled "Incidence of an inappropriate organizational climate in the performance of human resources of the Administrative Technical Coordination of San Antonio Suchitepéquez", which responds to a diagnosis based on the application of various tools for further analysis. The thesis is structured in five chapters that allow us to conclude on the importance of creating an ideal organizational climate, based on the practice of values that favor the development of human resources. At the same time, it shows how important it is for the ideal organizational climate, the stability of the professionals and the continuity in the positions that strengthen processes and specifically, human relations.
