This research identifies the factors that can determine the labor relations of the
teaching and administrative staff of an educational establishment and how these are
linked to the approach to various conflicts in educational delivery.
Two questionnaires were used, one for each variable, the type of research is
qualitative and quantitative, descriptively using surveys to collect information.
Based on the information obtained, it can be said that in the teaching
performance an administrative and teaching disorganization is observed, which is
reflected in the lack of teamwork, teacher hiring, working hours and distribution of
periods, which can significantly affect the labor relations of the administrative and
teaching area of the educational establishment, one of the aspects to be rescued is the
willingness to dialogue because this is one of the characteristics to be able to reach a
mutual agreement in order to be able to solve the various problems, for this it is
necessary to establish Proposals that promote good labor relations among all the
collaborators of the educational establishment. |
