Sumario: ABSTRACT Ethics and professionalism in the workplace are of the utmost importance, since they determine the attitudes favored by educators, especially educational administrators. In education, these terms are indispensable since they contribute to the integral formation of the human being. It is well known that human beings acquire ethical and moral principles from the home and as time passes depends on each person if they remain or fade in practice and personality, but, it is necessary to keep in mind that in schools is where It complements certain moral and ethical attitudes, so that teachers and directors must demonstrate exemplary behavior inside and outside their work environment, thus strengthening the quality of services provided in education. The research was developed, using an appropriate methodology for the same, implementing an interview with the Administrative Technical Coordinator, directors and staff were surveyed. Also, to obtain more information it was investigated by diverse informative sources, leading therefore an investigation of appropriate field which determines the investigated phenomenon. The results obtained reveal the knowledge that each professional of education manifests, regarding ethics, morals and professionalism as work efficiency in educational centers, but by counterpart it is worth mentioning that even as educational leaders do not develop practices that encourage behavior Under signs of ethics and professionalism to improve communication, human relations and teamwork.
