López y López, Arlyn Danissa 373 Educación secundaria 375 Currículos 379 Asuntos de política pública en educación ABSTRACT Teacher performance undoubtedly is a broad subject, because it is important in the educational process of each student, this being a crucial body that assists in the formation thereof, within which it is intended that all teachers are sufficiently capable to produce an efficient and effective work in every human being, in an effort to improve this area an Academic Professional Development program Teaching PADEP / D was created with the objective of determining the impact that has had the program, the following investigation was conducted "Academic Impact of teacher Professional Development Program PADEP/D in teacher performance establishments San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez". The methodology was applied quantitative approach which included the application of structured surveys, semi structures addressed to all principals, teachers and teachers professionalized not professionalized and students.
