ABSTRACT
As a requirement, the student teacher should make a final research process, prior
to obtaining credits which they hold it as a professional at the undergraduate level.
This process is named Thesis, where the student manifests all both theoretical
learning and practical that it has acquired throughout his life as students in as
dignified university, the main aim of the thesis is the study of a current problem in
the administrative level that this affected the educational community; This work is
based there with the theoretical basis related to the problem investigated and
compared with the reality observed in the study site.
This time the research is entitled "The educational support in improving the quality
of education at the National Institute of Education Basic" San Benito "the
municipality of Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez department" was held. It bases its
main objective to analyze at level impact it has on educational quality
administrative and educational support by the Directorate campus, towards
teachers.
The investigation then presented the field study and data collection was performed
by means, in total has five chapters, which in each part of the study and
interpretation of detailed information. |
