So it is essential that in the application of school management the directors in charge of the educational administration of the different school centers, know this topic thoroughly, as well as the dimensions that it covers, since there is a variety of them, but among the most relevant is find: the institutional, pedagogical, administrative and community. The information collected for the realization of the research is obtained through a field study conducted in the school district, through techniques that allowed to gather necessary information and delve into the issue of school management and its incidence, this information is obtained by means of an interview card to the Administrative Technical Coordinator and a survey ticket to the directors of the different educational centers. To achieve institutional goals in school management, there is a series of multidisciplinary and complex processes that respond to their needs and the context of which they are a part, and in this way offer the education community a quality education.
