Así como también, se propone a identificar las posibilidades materiales y políticas de construcción de formas específicas de sociedades socialistas en América Latina. Además de explicar a través de su organización comparativa, las propuestas sobre el socialismo y construcción del socialismo de Ernesto “Che” Guevara y Hugo Chávez Frías. Ahora bien, en cuanto a su procedimiento metodológico esta investigación dirige la reflexión filosófica latinoamericana hacia un tipo de protagonismo que no puede ser dejado de lado. Por ello se abordará al pensamiento de Guevara y de Chávez, considerándolos no como políticos, sino como intelectuales orgánicos, tal como lo entendía Gramsci. Como parte de las conclusiones cabe señalar que este trabajo aporta, de modo innovador, una definición específica del socialismo históricamente operativo en América Latina, así como una nueva teoría de la revolución adecuada a esa operatividad histórica que fundamenta el discurso socialista latinoamericano. Asimismo, propone una actualización del concepto de imperialismo estadounidense y de imperio estadounidense. Todo ello desemboca en una teoría en torno al poder político gubernamental y administrativo como culturalizador, que permite la materialización de una nueva época en la historia de la región. It carries out a study of the specific forms of ethical-anthropological vindication in Latin American socialist discourses. It also proposes to identify the material and political possibilities for the construction of specific forms of socialist societies in Latin America. In addition to explaining through its comparative organization, the proposals on socialism and the construction of socialism of Ernesto "Che" Guevara and Hugo Chávez Frías. Now, as regards its methodological procedure, this research directs Latin American philosophical reflection towards a type of protagonism that cannot be left aside. Therefore, the thought of Guevara and Chávez will be approached, considering them not as politicians, but as organic intellectuals, as understood by Gramsci. As part of the conclusions, it should be pointed out that this work contributes, in an innovative way, a specific definition of socialism historically operative in Latin America, as well as a new theory of revolution adequate to that historical operativity which is the basis of the Latin American socialist discourse. It also proposes an updating of the concept of U.S. imperialism and U.S. empire. All this leads to a theory of governmental and administrative political power as culturalizing, which allows the materialization of a new epoch in the history of the region.
