The research was based on the evaluation of the organizational climate and its impact on the quality of service of the administrative staff at University regional center of Baru (CRUBA), trying to determine in what way the work environment
Transcends the work system and the performance of the service towards the university students. The results obtained from the administrative staff demonstrated the organizational climate as outstanding, due to its high qualifications, considering that the factors involved in the study are favoring the conditions of an environment that reflects job satisfaction while the student́s perception regarding the provision of the service from the administrative staff, also shows a high degree of satisfaction this indicates that the conservation of the favorable environment was affecting the quality of the service provision.
