Arnstrong and Kotler (2017), reviewed as relevant, framed in complementarity, a hermeneutical method, analytical descriptive type and nonexperimental field design, where the population was made up of 2 informants and 12 respondents from the education sector. The results showed that they had not achieved a good development through the use of social networks, and less video streaming, showing a SWOT. The application of innovative strategies is finally considered, linking their products to social networks such as Instagram with the support of digital marketing. Las empresas han orientado sus estrategias de mercadotecnia hacia la satisfacción de las necesidades de los clientes. ¿Pero con la era digital se han presentado muchos cambios de cómo manejar el nuevo marketing digital?, por ello, el objetivo general de este artículo es Analizar el Video Streaming como herramienta del marketing digital para optimizar la interacción con los clientes en tiempos de pandemia. Armstrong y Kotler (2017), revisados como relevantes, enmarcada en lo cualitativo, un método hermenéutico, revisión documental bibliográfica. Los resultados demostraron no haber logrado aún buen desarrollo a través del uso de las redes sociales, y menos video streaming, evidenciando un DOFA.
