Sumario: Companies have oriented their marketing strategies towards meeting customer needs. But with the digital age, have there been many changes in how to handle the new digital marketing? Therefore, the general objective of this article is to Analyze Video Streaming as a digital marketing tool to optimize interaction with customers in times of pandemic. Arnstrong and Kotler (2017), reviewed as relevant, framed in complementarity, a hermeneutical method, analytical descriptive type and nonexperimental field design, where the population was made up of 2 informants and 12 respondents from the education sector. The results showed that they had not achieved a good development through the use of social networks, and less video streaming, showing a SWOT. The application of innovative strategies is finally considered, linking their products to social networks such as Instagram with the support of digital marketing.
