Sumario: The continuous built of new knowledge plus the society exigencies take us to check out our plans of study, the different courses and programs that the universities offer to the students now. The objective is that these programs have a positive impact in the social development through a qualified personal in the working and enterprise sectors. This is the point in which the Faculty of Science of Education is making emphasis on the PhD. program considering some approaches and groups of work to analyze the impact and goals achieved on it. Working on this investigation research, we try to help by collecting data from the people involved on the development of it. Objectives The objective of this investigation is to determine the way in which PhD educative experiences affected the possible changes at the curriculum at the Education Faculty in Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí since 1999. Having this objective in mind, the research question is: What is the relevance between the curriculum design and the academic instruction in relation to the students of the PhD. program of Science of Education from the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí? On this context, it will be considered the social exigencies and the rules established by the national, institution and international evaluating and accrediting staff concerning to the curriculum design at the post grade level and the evidences given by the teachers of the program and the different authorities involved in. The answer of the research question will come through the analysis of the data collected 6pm the poll opinion including the different elements consulted like: graduated members from PhD . post grade, teachers from the program and the authorities from the Science of Education Faculty who are directly related with the development of the program. The students who finished the program, teachers, and authorities stated their satisfaction for the program achievements gotten through the program on itself. They also pointed out their interest on the different emphasis on the diversification of the program; in addition, it also represents a more complete offer to justin the doctor degree. On the side of the authorities and teachers who work in the program, they agree with the stated changes with the objective to improve and adequate the Science of Education PhD offer in relation to the different proposed emphasis.
