The main objective of this document is to analyze the conditioning factors associated with the development of hypertension, adults 40-64 years, Potrerillos Abajo. The type of research is mixed, non-experimental, transversal. The type of study is descriptive, correlational, and explanatory. The population is made up of 1,898 people, of which 727 is the total of our population of men and women between 40 and 64 years old. The sample size to survey is 62 people, with a confidence level of 90%. With this study it was possible to know the main factors that are associated with the development of high blood pressure, including age, family history, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, inadequate diet, alcohol, tobacco, and stress. These results were obtained through surveys and interviews, which allow us to offer strategies with a greater integration of the population of Potrerillos Abajo, in order to prevent and treat high blood pressure at an early age to achieve healthier individuals with a better quality of life. |
