Sumario: This project was designed and prepared a multicameras horizontal filter, which has 4 filter chambers containing different organic materials such as absorbent substrates. The materials used in the chambers were: sand, gravel, coal, fish scales, and stone material. Each has specific characteristics that facilitate the treatment of industrial effluents. The water used by industry is used for different purposes, including producing and manufacturing products; therefore spending very large amount of each product obtained and completed the process, the effluent generated should not be discharged directly into the environment. For this reason, industries must implement systems to reuse water re-used and this can favorable, not only industries as water consumption would be lower; but also the ecosystem would be more in balance because this valuable resource is not wasted. The main objective of this project is to design and build a system of water treatment, in order that it can be reused, and thus re-use this natural resource, from the perspective of environmental sustainability. This inexpensive filter multicameras and detailed manufacturing, allow opt for a good alternative for companies that are starting and do not have a budget to buy an industrial water treatment system for filtration.
