Abstract
Currently, administrative organizations are concerned about the different factors that
prevent the organization from being more efficient, one of them is the Organizational
Climate, which is very important, because it influences the behavior of workers,
which allows to have an excellent job performance in different areas of the company.
Within the organizational climate there are different causes that cause this problem:
demotivation, training, assertive communication, autocratic leadership, among
others.
It should be taken into account that workers are the main component to achieve the
objectives of the organization. The organizational climate refers to the environment
existing between the members of the organization. It is closely related to the degree
of motivation of employees and specifically indicates the motivational properties of
the organizational environment. A good organizational climate will allow the
members of the organization to meet the objectives of the company, since a
motivated employee is more efficient and will work better, which allows increasing
productivity, thus contributing to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. |
