Sumario: Abstract This research addresses the issue of the effectiveness of administrative processes developed by the principals of primary-level schools in district 96-44; some schools have drawbacks in terms of their progress and it follows that the problem is in the administration of directors, so it focuses on the work they do. The method selected for the development of research was quantitative, in order to measure the effectiveness of such processes; instruments such as the survey, aimed at the teaching staff of the establishments and formulating the results of the research through statistical data, were used. The analysis of what was collected, determined that the administrative processes of the released directors have an 86% effectiveness and the processes of directors with a degree 78%; this is a consequence of the fact that the management process is not frequently carried out by the directors with degree and the legal basis for carrying out their functions is on a scale of less than 90%. In conclusion, there are improvements in technical - pedagogical and physical aspects, however, the establishments of released directors present better results than those directed by directors with degree.
