Sumario: Our research is based on the Analysis of factors in the teaching and learning process of speaking ability, in students of the third year at Instituto Tecnico José Dolores Estrada. With this research, we attempt to collect many of the important problems that affect the development of the speaking skill, especially those factors which have relevance to the teaching of English as a second language. We will discuss a wide range of real problems including classroom techniques to help practicing students and teachers in daily assessments. In the last two years, though emphasis has been done by the Ministry of Education on the goal “Quality Education,” we think that to have success in teaching English as a foreign language, teachers must be the one that encourage their students in their performance.
