Sumario: The UNA STEM Network is a proposal of several academics from the Faculties of Exact and Natural Sciences, and Earth and Sea of the National University, which aims to generate appreciation for science in Costa Rican primary and high school students and to generate and publicize learning opportunities in the scientific area, as well as to promote STEM in the students and faculty of the National University. In this work, we present the experiences of this network during the first year of its creation, to publicize the activities and motivate the creation of these spaces aimed at the public from the academy.
