Sumario: In this research, a comparison of the acceptance and use of virtual tools at the undergraduate level is made. Taking as a reference a statistical analysis through an information gathering instrument such as the survey, the acceptance and impact on the learning process is studied and evaluated. Learning has these tools.It is inferred that the students widely value the environment and its possibilities. It is the teacher who must generate the space, the one who points out and responds to the students' concerns and encourages with their observations the exchange and the foundations of learning.The new technologies transform the environment and the functions of the student and the teachers. These aspects are recognized and highlighted by both teachers and students. However, most of the activity that takes place in these environments does not reach the full potential of the student.
