Sumario: Companies have relied on the use of data from point repositories often interconnected and related to repositories –called entities-,are subjected to a series of specific processes so they provide useful information for decision making in at high management.Through the evolution of technology with its foundations in the Industrial Revolution, companies benefited, laying their foundations in them. However, the technological revolution has been surpassing itself, in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR),companies are competitive because they adapted to the new provisions in order to maximize their results, because they have understoodwell, the costs are not as long as the return on investment is recoverable,and the operational effectiveness expedited, it allows to make changes in the structure with a flexible way.The precision and vertiginous to mutate is in the same parallel as the idiosyncrasy of 21st century society, therefore, companies are committed not only to invest in infrastructure, but also in their services and products, but it depends on the old administrative practices, it would be to assume a failure in advance, there is a commitment to reforms where the systematization, is a priority.
