Sumario: The development of solutions that enable us to combat the impact caused by the large number of chronic diseases, is not just the task of the medical specialists, but also the patients themselves and researchers working to adapt technologies that help in self-control of diseases and mitigate the impact. Offering a solution that allow the monitoring of these patientsis considered a great progress, because it allows us to improve the quality of life against a disease that afflicts a person. Thispaper presents the results of aresearch, where it was designed, implemented and tested a framework that allows the development of mobile applications. It facilitates monitoring of vital signs in the home environment for any kind of measurable disease by biometric devices such as: sphygmomanometer, glucometer, pulsiosimeter, pedometer among others. Application development is done through important elements as an ontology for obtaining timely knowledge that has led to an architecture at various levels. On the one hand creating modules through patterns that allow the automatic generation of mobile applications. In addition to the creation of generic profiles, diseases, and individualized for eachpatient, which will complete, with the platform of wireless communication and the inference engine, the proposal multi-monitoring for creating educational materials, prevention and monitoring patients who intend to help the self-control of each disease. This research has been tested with diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and it is currently being implemented through a project funded by SENACYT.
