For this reason, the case is focused on an era marked by the violation of these human rights, the product of an abusive, totalitarian and entrenched military regime in political power, which in perspective allows us to show, the violations caused by said acts to members of society and the possible repercussions that these abuses can bring to a member state of the Organization of American States.
