RESUMEN: Es sabido que la salud es uno de los servicios de mayor importancia para el ser humano este garantiza un control personal para enfrentar las distintas enfermedades, epidemias etc. Y las instituciones encargadas de brindar estos servicios deben contar con la capacidad y calidad tanto de personal, como de infraestructura que cumpla con los estándares básicos y especializados para tratar los diferentes casos. El Hospital Militar Regional de San Miguel se fundó con el objetivo de atender al personal militar durante el conflicto armado que vivió nuestro país. Posterior a la guerra el hospital pasó a atender a la población civil, actualmente la infraestructura se dio en comodato al Instituto Salvadoreño del Seguro Social pero los usuarios son derechohabiente o cotizante y comparten con los usuarios que son atendidos directamente por el hospital militar. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Diseñar una nueva propuesta de proyecto para las nuevas instalaciones del Hospital Militar Regional de San Miguel. CONCLUSIONES. Luego de realizar la propuesta de diseño para las nuevas instalaciones del Hospital Militar Regional de San Miguel, como grupo podemos concluir que: Para poder lograr un diseño funcional, es necesario tomar en cuenta les condiciones del terreno en el que se implementará la propuesta de diseño de manera que pueda adecuarse a las necesidades que se tienen y del mismo modo pueda ser un edificio cómodo y atractivo al paisaje urbano colaborando con el ornato de la ciudad
ABSTRACT: It is known that health is one of the most important services for the human being, this guarantees personal control to face different diseases, epidemics, etc. and the institutions in charge of providing these services must have the capacity and quality of both personnel and infrastructure that meet the basic and specialized standards to deal with the different cases. The San Miguel Regional Military Hospital was founded with the aim of caring for military personnel during the armed conflict that our country experienced. After the war, the hospital began to serve the civilian population. Currently, the infrastructure was given on loan to the Salvadoran Social Security Institute, but the users are beneficiaries or contributors and share with the users who are treated directly by the military hospital. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Design a new project proposal for the new facilities of the Regional Military Hospital of San Miguel. CONCLUSIONS. After making the design proposal for the new facilities of the San Miguel Regional Military Hospital, as a group we can conclude that: In order to achieve a functional design, it is necessary to take into account the conditions of the land in which the design proposal will be implemented. so that it can adapt to the needs that are had and in the same way it can be a comfortable and attractive building to the urban landscape collaborating with the decoration of the city
