Sumario: The research entitled: Technological challenges in teaching related to the emerging curriculum due to pandemic in UDELAS teachers from Chiriquí has the general objective of comparing the relationship between technological challenges in teaching with the emerging curriculum resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in teachers at Universidad Especializada de las Américas, Chiriquí. As specific objectives, we have: to identify the types of technological challenges faced by UDELAS teachers in Chiriquí in their teaching-learning process due to the emerging curriculum as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and determine what adjustments UDELAS teachers from Chiriquí have made when teaching their sessions, due to the emerging curriculum as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used has a non-experimental cross sectional design, it is also descriptive, correlational and explanatory. The participating population is made up of UDELAS teachers from Chiriquí, using a survey questionnaire with open questions as a data collection instrument. Challenges such as the management of Zoom, Twitter and the Classroom platform were the most encountered and the adaptation of the hours and the interactive strategies at a distance, followed by ensuring the needs without neglecting the quality were the adaptations to the emerging curriculum due to the pandemic.
