Sumario: The consequences of exposure to noise in people is hearing loss, a fact that motivates the evaluation of noise to prevent hearing loss in collaborators in the production area, and promote risk prevention. The research is of a quantitative design, an exploratory and descriptive study, focused on hearing health. The first stage is diagnostic, through a survey and measurements for the baseline data of the noise level in 60 workers. The second is a proposal for hearing risk training for the prevention of hearing loss. Study implemented from January to May 2021. It begins with the survey, using a previously validated Liker-type questionnaire, followed by the analysis of the worker's knowledge; It is possible to obtain data on equipment, hearing protection, damage to health, discomfort, damage from machines. Followed by sound exposure measurement to occupational noise, PT-08 sampling with quest integrating sound level meter and Sound Pro; the ANSI S12.19–1996 method and are described using statistics; prevention training was in 2021, with oral presentations, equipment demonstrations, with the participation of 143 workers. The study is based on knowing levels of sound exposure, reviewing the degree of intensity, and corroborating that they comply with the permissible levels in one day, according to DGNTI-COMPANIT44-2000. The results corroborate that the exposure level exceeds 85db allowed and administrative controls must be applied, use hearing protection equipment. In addition, developing a training guide, accompanied by rigorous occupational medicine controls, contributes to complying with regulations and the SDGs.
