. Abstract
Thesis repositories have become a useful tool for universities, since they facilitate access to
information, and at the same time allow the storage and preservation of documents in an
orderly and organized manner. The theses of the Food Engineering career represent the core
of the knowledge imparted by the teachers and the dedicated effort of the students. The
technical-scientific information found in the thesis and graduation works can be used to
promote and promote projects and new research, therefore, it began with the development
of the repository of theses of the Food Engineering career with the aim of contribute to the
scientific community all the theses and graduation projects completed until February 2021,
allowing access from anywhere in the world through the CUNSUROC digital platform.
For the development of the repository, a diagnosis of the status of 56 theses and graduation
works contemplated within the period from 2014 to 2021 was carried out. A technical sheet
was designed to synthesize the relevant information of each thesis and graduation work,
and in this way to be able to keep track of information. These were filled in with the
information obtained from the theses. |
