Abstract
The research carried out under the pedagogical and administrative function of the
Administrative Technical Coordinator in the application of the Information and
Communication Technology in the middle level of San Francisco Zapotitlán,
Suchitepéquez, consists of innovating the administrative and pedagogical process that
this professional fulfills through the effective application of the resources and means
coming from technology, because he uses them in communication activities and not in
virtual interactivity.
To this end, the descriptive methodology was implemented to describe how the
Administrative Technical Coordinator and school principals of School District No. 10-
020 carry out their supervision, assessment, and training activities without effectively
implementing the Information and Communication Technology. This educational reality
demands that these professionals renew their administrative and pedagogical
processes through the devices, tools and educational applications that they have
available to complement their tasks.
From this criterion these professionals have the competence to effectively
implement the Information and Communication Technology in the administrative and
pedagogical processes. However, they do not apply effectively them which leads to an
intervention plan that contributes to the innovation of the activities that the
Administrative Technical Coordinator and school principals carry out with the purpose
of creating a virtual scenario where they interact, and ensure the quality of the
educational service at the secondary level. |
