Abstract
The research work entitled “Legal aspect of the school building of the national institute of basic and diversified education San Francisco, of the municipality of San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez”, was carried out with the objective of analyzing the legal bases governing school buildings and thus being able to establish the relationship between conferences that share public school buildings and what are the needs of educational institutions.
It begins with the statement of the problem that seeks to structure and publicize all aspects or basic arguments of the problem detected. For this, the quantitative approach was used to deepen and understand the phenomenon. In this technique, the survey and the observation allowed the collection of true information. This survey was directed to 27 teachers and 02 directors of the establishments that share the school building in the municipality of San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez.
Resumen
El trabajo de investigación titulado “Aspecto legal del edificio escolar del instituto nacional de educación básica y diversificada San Francisco, del municipio de San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez”, fue realizado con el objetivo de analizar las bases legales que rigen los edificios escolares y así poder establecer la relación que existe entre jornadas que comparten edificios escolares públicos y cuáles son las necesidades que presentan las instituciones educativas.
Se inicia con el planteamiento del problema que persigue estructurar y dar a conocer todos los aspectos o argumentos básicos del problema detectado.Para ello se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo para profundizar y comprender el fenómeno, en esta técnica la encuesta y la observación permitieron recabar información verídica. Esta encuesta fue dirigida a 27 docentes y 02 directores de los establecimientos que comparten el edificio escolar en el municipio de San Francisco Zapotitlán, Suchitepéquez.
A través de la indagación y recopilación de información se permitió el análisis y discusión de los resultados, para lo cual fueron encuestados los docentes y directores que comparten edificios escolares, dicho análisis contiene elementos importantes sobre la temática, es por ello que se concluye que la carencia de conocimientos de las bases legales de edificios escolares afecta a la comunidad educativa creando conflictos y problemas del mismo establecimiento educativo. |
