In this research, we explore the effectiveness of using TBL (task based-learning) along with ICT for the development of speaking in 10th grade at Reino de Suecia Institute in Estelí during the first semester, 2019. The focus of this study is to verify how effective this method is in an English class by using tools such as data show projectors and speaker. In order to achieve this objective, ten students from a public secondary school were selected as participants. The school is located in the city of Estelí.
