Sumario: Soft skills are of vital importance today in organizations, every project that seeks to be successful must be accompanied by that essence that brings emotionality, especially in a global environment immersed in a pandemic, which warrants a physical and mental balance for the integral health of theindividual.This unexpected scenarioin society,of apandemicisk nown by the nameof"blackcisne"and has merited the strengthening not only of hard skills with technological adaptation, but of softon estocope with telework,psychosocial avatar sof the environment and the economic impact on thefamily and organizations. In such a sense, the objective of the research was to amalgamating softskills as a competitive tool of COVID-19'S intelligent management in panamanian organizations. Framed in the hybrid method was developed the descriptive, research-action, and hermeneutics withfield data collection, in-depth interviews and documentary review that supported the variables developed to support the analysis of palpable data of the company understudy,human talentandtheplus of knowledge towards the most suitable route for intelligent management from the perspectiveof human resources that aim to endure in times of health crisis. Among the evidence are that theformation of human talent was of great impact. Among the conclusive elements are the interrelated use oftechnological platforms,the importance of massive trainingin soft skill sand the epistemological frame work thousand drives knowledge in a context organizacional confinement and reorientation.
