descriptive and correlational scope, cross-sectional and for the qualitative aspect, the action
research design was used, due to the fact that the researcher gets involved with the population
to know the circumstance and suggest alternatives for improvement. For its analysis, the
ATLAS Ti 8 software was used, which is a program to support the understanding and
interpretation of qualitative data.
With respect to the quantitative analysis and to check the reliability of the instrument, it was
calculated by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in 0.982, which indicated highly
acceptable according to the scale.
The type of sample was simple random; this technique consists in that all the elements that
make up the universe have the same probability of being selected. After calculating the
sampling formula, which resulted in 50 students in the daytime and 50 students in the
evening.
