The present work seeks to make a Health and Safety diagnostic analysis, for distribution company of alcoholic and soft drinks from May 1 to 30, 2017, the company where the analysis was conducted was Cervecería Nacional is located in the province of Colón, Colon District, Corregimiento de Cativa, Its vision is to be the most admired company in Panama for: Being the leading company in the beverage market. Have the portfolio of brands with the highest growth and profitability. Be an organization oriented to the market and the passion for its brands. Have the best talent with high performance culture. The structure was analyzed in terms of prevention, which is made up of a Directorate, which represents the two branches of safety: physical and industrial, as well as occupational health. A program was applied in which it was sought to form teams capable of preventing and intervening in the presence of an emergency at the Company's facilities. According to the relationship identified between the risk assessment, the main reasons for disability and the days of disability, we can conclude that the occupational disease suffered by a large part of the Company's employees is focused on the musculoskeletal system, which represents one of the first five causes worldwide in terms of pensions and residual capacities, which immediately translates into a cost for the country in general |
