In the case of sewage, 89% of homes use septic tanks with drainage area. Se determinaron las condiciones del saneamiento sostenible mediante la evaluación de la gestión de las aguas residuales, residuos sólidos y la percepción de la calidad del agua potable, para esto se aplicó una encuesta a 614 hogares y se realizaron visitas de campo, más del 90% de los entrevistados, se mostró muy satisfecho de la calidad del servicio del agua, el 50% indicó que realizaba la separación de residuos sólidos y el 94% expresó que ahorraba agua. El 100% de las aguas grises provenientes de los hogares son vertidas directamente sin tratamiento en los colectores de aguas pluviales.
