Sumario: ABSTRACT In the present exploration, the inquired problem of the administrative logistics that the directors of the five schools of the urban center of the municipality of Cuyotenango of the department of Suchitepéquez are challenged. To carry out the study, the qualitative observational method was used, for which a review of the scientific theory on Administration, Educational Administration, Administrative Logistics, Logistics in Educational Administration and Administrative Logistics in schools was carried out in the first instance. Subsequently, through a series of visits to the educational centers studied, a series of elements related to the administrative logistics of the school administration were collated, as well as semi-structured interviews with the directors, who expressed their administrative experiences and the quality of the school. Logistics that they have to exercise their position of educational administrator. Among the main research findings are the logistical obstacles that impede the fluidity of the administrative information between the directors and the Educational Supervision. The problem of the budget for the operation of institutions, office materials, printer ink, and computer equipment in offices, equipment and furniture in classrooms is precarious which affects the training process. The electric power and the service of potable water in the schools is deficit that affects the operation of the same one. It is recommended that educational administrators take on the challenge of managing logistics resources in order to improve their administrative work.
