Sumario: Supervised practice (EPS), was developed in the Tululá Ingenio, dedicated to the production of sugar cane Saccharum officinarum Hevea brasiliensis and rubber; the cultivation of sugar cane. 30% is used to extract virgin honey for the production of rums and 70% for sugar production The process of extraction of raw materials for the production of rums in Ingenio Tululá, is generated as a byproduct, vinasse; which 4.23E5 m3 produced annually, (Velásquez, 2014). This amount represents an excess or overproduction, because the applications made to own farms channels corresponding to the inner zone of Ingenio Tululá are much smaller, 140 m3/ ha in sprinkler irrigation. The production of vinasse in the Guatemalan agribusiness has flourished, because there are some mills that produce raw material for the production of alcoholic beverages, which is generated as a byproduct, vinasse, among them are: Ingenio Tululá, Ingenio Palo Gordo and Ingenio Magdalena; the application of vinasse to the cultivation of sugar cane, is not enough to eradicate the amount currently generated, so companies are looking for alternative use in other crops, in this case corn was used. was used for the evaluation of three types of vinasse, which was considered as a source of nutrients for the cultivation of Zea mays "corn" compared with two chemical treatments, a completely randomized design, evaluating five treatments and four repetitions, the experiment was located within the premises of Ingenio Tululá in andisol a gross area of 975 m2, in the months of May to August 2015.
