The research was conducted at the National Institute for Basic Education commercially oriented municipality of San Felipe Retalhuleu department. The aim was to check the incidence of family breakdown in the self-esteem of students.
Within the study the quantitative method was applied. Psychometric test EAE Self-Esteem Scale, which assesses nine behavior scales applied. Integrated from 100 families and 100 from broken families: 200 students was applied.
It is concluded that the integrated family promotes self-esteem of adolescents, while the broken family makes the most tenacious and honest with him young, which weighs on their self-esteem. It is recommended to INEBOC, track youth-oriented project implemented during the Supervised Bachelor of Psychology of Professional Practice CUNSUROC. |
