Sumario: This article focuses on present aspects about the effectiveness of classroom management strategies in large groups’ 35-45 students in a high school level. In this paper we explain some conceptions related to classroom management, the prescriptive strategies to be a good classroom manager and different teacher management styles. Afterwards, it describes our methodological design, the analysis, and discussions of the results gotten in this study. Finally, we propose authentic strategies and suggestions to be the best classroom manager and how to deal with large groups students.
